FAQ
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers…
What is eTeeoff?
We’re the first deal site devoted to all things golf! We love the game and want to bring you, our fellow golf nuts, the best deals out there.
What kind of deals do you offer?
Tee fee specials. Pro shops specials. Golf retailer and merchant specials. Anything and everything related to golfing goodness with more partnerships and exclusive offers to come.
In a nutshell, how does eTeeoff work?
You review the deals, see one you like and decide to buy. You then pay a small upfront amount to secure the deal (in some cases under a buck). Once the purchase is complete we email you the deal voucher. You use your voucher and pay the merchant directly at the time of use.
What makes you different from the other deal sites?
For starters, we floss daily. How many deal site companies can legitimately say that? Next, we only have deals related to golf. How cool is that? Further, our CEO, Colin, once used an expletive in the presence of Francis Ford Coppola. True story. And finally, we only charge a small transaction fee rather than charging you the cost of the entire deal upfront.
Does it cost to be a member? How much does a deal cost?
There is no cost to be a member of eTeeoff. Deal costs will vary based on what is being offered. To participate in a deal you only pay a small transaction fee.
Wait. I don’t pay for the actual deal now? I don’t get it?
Nope. You don’t. You pay a small transaction fee to participate in the deal and get your e-coupon. You pay for the deal at the time of use. That way your money is not tied up until you actually use the deal and you pay the merchant directly.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and in some cases will honor the ancient system of bartering. (Not really. OK, maybe if you’ve got some sweet goods.)
How long is my deal good for after I purchase it?
This varies by deal. You will see the valid date listed in the fine print section of each deal.
What if I’m not happy with my deal?
First, we will weep. After wiping the tears from our glistening eyes we will do whatever it takes to make it right. Our business is about people. And our goal at all times is to give you the best experience possible. If you’re not happy for any reason, let us know and we will make it right. We promise.
What is a dulcimer?
Dulcimer may refer to two types of musical instruments:
- Appalachian dulcimer, a fretted, plucked musical instrument which is also referred to as a "mountain dulcimer", "lap dulcimer", "hog fiddle", "fretted dulcimer" or simply "dulcimer"
- Hammered dulcimer, a hammer-struck, trapezoid-shaped musical instrument
